Shipping Policy
FREE SHIPPING to all Continental United States locations, for all orders placed through the website! Smaller pieces will ship by USPS Priority Mail, larger orders may ship by UPS Ground.
Orders that are placed before 2 p.m. EST time are typically shipped the same day, some exceptions may apply. Most orders arrive in 5 to 7 days....." but delivery times are at the discretion of the postal service and cannot be guaranteed. If you have an urgent need, please contact me and I will attempt to accommodate you."

Returns

I offer a full refund on any full priced item within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Follow the steps below to request a return: Email dlynnglassart@gmail.com with your full name, order number and state the reason for your refund.
D'lynn Glass will refund the value of your item (via the original form of payment) within 14 days of receiving and accepting the returned item in the same condition in which it was shipped. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. You will be notified by email once the transaction has taken place.

I stand behind the products I create. If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, I apologize, please contact me so I can make it right at dlynnglassart@gmail.com and provide your order number with photos of the suspected issue.

Exchanges

I offer exchanges on all full priced item within 14 days of receiving your item(s). To exchange, please email dlynnglassart@gmail.com with your full name and order number, and state the reason for the exchange and the alternate item(s) you would like instead. Please note, I do not reimburse shipping costs. I will send the exchanged item back to you free of charge within 5-10 days.
