What is your return policy?


I offer a full refund on any full priced item within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Follow the steps below to request a return: Email dlynnglassart@gmail.com with your full name, order number and state the reason for your refund. D'lynn glass will refund the value of your item (via the original form of payment) within 14 days of receiving and accepting the returned item in the same condition in which it was shipped. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. You will be notified by email once the transaction has taken place.




What is your exchange policy?


I offer exchanges on all full priced item within 14 days of receiving your item(s). To exchange, please email dlynnglassart@gmail.com with your full name, order number and state the reason for the exchange and the alternate item(s) you would like instead. Please note I do not reimburse shipping costs. I will send the exchanges item(s) back to you free of charge within 5-10 days.




What is your shipping policy?


Free shipping to all United States locations for all orders placed through the website. Go to shipping and returns for more information.




How do I clean glass art work?


All my art work is polished and waxed before shipping to deter the metals from oxidizing. Go to store polcy, product care for more information.
